The CNC machine tool with systematic work process and its application of teaching design

According to professional training objectives and the main jobs of the structure of vocational skills and knowledge required to "CNC machine tools and spare parts" for the carrier,taking the CNC programming and operation of capacity-building as the center,this paper shows the design of the "knowledge of CNC machine tools,observation and analysis of CNC lathes,CNC milling machine to observe and analyze the processing center,programming and processing stepped shaft,threaded shaft of the programming and processing,hand wheel slot programming and processing,convex programming and processing of the template,the base of the programming and processing"of 9 items,25 learning environment,67 tasks,and one of the "convex template programming and processing" learning environment for the teaching unit design.

Research on statistical analyses and countermeasures of 100 laboratory accidents

This paper summarizes 100typical cases of laboratory accidents from 2001and analyzes the cases in fields of accident type,accident link,accident cause,dangerous substance category,etc.The result shows as follows:the fire disasters and explosive accidents are the main types of laboratory accidents;the dangerous chemicals,instruments and equipment,and pressure vessels are main dangerous substances;the instruments and equipment and reagent application processes are the main links of accidents;the violation of rules,improper operation,carelessness,wire short circuit and aging are the main reasons of accidents.It also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention and control of laboratory accidents in the following aspects:establishing complete safety management system,actively promoting standard construction of laboratory safety,strengthening laboratory safety education and training,and formulating and improving emergency plans for laboratory accidents.

By referring to the experience from MIT,Olin College and domestic colleges and universities,this paper proposes the 3 Dability connotation of knowledge thinking,personal quality and leadership ability for the new engineering talents.From the following aspects:the"Platform+module+project"training mode,the three-levels' ability training system of"Basics+application+comprehensive innovation",the curriculum system for the experimental and practical teaching,the diversified practical activities,the practical base construction,the mechanism,the guarantee system,etc.,the exploration is carried out.The two-sections' graduation practice,the E-star future plan and the comprehensive competition practical model are innovated.The platforms such as the mass entrepreneurship space for the wireless industry,the university-enterprise cooperation practical base,the virtual enterprise laboratory,the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching center,etc.,are established.A set of the multi-level,modular and research-based practical teaching system which relies on the advantages of the government industry disciplines for the training of the innovative and entrepreneurial engineering talents in the electronic information majors is formed,and the certain results are achieved.

Progress, hotspot and frontier of digital twin research in China:Knowledge atlas analysis based on CNKI core journal database

In order to objectively present the research progress and development trend of digital twin in China, and by taking 215 literatures in CNKI core journals database as the data source, the knowledge map of digital twin in China is constructed by using the method of scientometrics and the tools of Vosviewer and CiteSpace. The results show that since 2017, the number of articles published by core journals has shown an upward trend; Through Vosviewer's analysis of the publishing institutions and authors, it is found that the research forces are mainly distributed in universities and research institutes, forming eight institutional groups represented by Beihang University, Xi'an University of Science and Technology, etc., with diversified research contents and regional characteristics. High level academic research groups in several fields have been formed and there are a lot of papers published in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems, Journal of Distance Education, China Mechanical Engineering and other journals, which indicates that the research on digital twin has gone deep into many research fields such as computer, distance education, machinery and so on. Through the analysis of keywords co-occurrence, clustering and emergent words by Citespace, it is found that intelligent manufacturing, information physical system, artificial intelligence, digital intelligence integration and intelligent pipe network are the research hotspots in this field, and research clusters represented by aerospace, future education and intelligent manufacturing have been formed; Digital twin model, virtual workshop and system simulation are the frontier topics of digital twin research in China.

Subject competition is correlative with the innovative ability for the undergraduates.The innovative ability cultivation mode for undergraduates based on subject competition is the "Trinity" mode with the foundation of curriculum teaching,the carrier of competition items and the means of technical training.To establish the innovative ability cultivation mode for undergraduates based on subject competition,following some of principles is very necessary.The teaching and training plan must be made accordingly,and the operation security system,the incentive system,performance evaluation system and quality feedback system for this mode should be establised.Obvious effect has been obtained by using this mode to cultivate undergraduates' practical ability and innovative ability.
